Our service

Your cloud colleague.
Our team behind it.

Ask about your products, check a process or recall an agreed decision through Outlook and Teams. Your colleague builds the business knowledge behind those answers and keeps it current. FUSED manages the service; you can add skills when you want it to take on more.

In one sentence

FUSED builds and manages AI colleagues that learn your business, keep up as it changes and help your team get work done through familiar tools.

What you receive

What is included from the start?

A colleague your team can turn to for answers about the business. It researches what you do, who you serve and how you work, asks about gaps and keeps confirmed decisions available for next time. Answers and ongoing learning are included in the starting service.

01

A colleague your team can reach

A name, personality, broad role, email and Teams presence, with access agreed for your business.

02

It does the reading and asks questions

It studies your business and market, checks what it has understood and asks your team about the things it cannot discover for itself.

03

Answers you can check

Ask about a product, a process or a decision. Your colleague uses agreed sources and confirmed guidance, and flags what still needs checking. We test its understanding with your team.

04

Understanding that stays current

Keep it in relevant email and Teams conversations. It captures confirmed changes and their reasons, notices conflicting guidance and flags who may need an update.

05

Ideas for where it could help next

As it learns the business, it can email suggestions. You choose which to explore; FUSED quotes and builds any additional skills separately.

06

A team that stays involved

We monitor the learning and the work, check knowledge updates, maintain connections and investigate problems.

How the fees work

Set up first. Add skills as you go.

There are three parts: setting up your colleague, keeping it useful, and adding skills. Your proposal explains each fee, what it covers and any software or usage costs before you decide.

Answers for your team, research and ongoing learning about its role are included in the starting service. You can keep using this service on its own. Skills for additional work—such as handling sales enquiries or publishing approved procedures—are quoted separately. One skill can handle many recurring tasks.

Getting started

A named colleague, email and Teams, initial research, questions and a review of its understanding.

Ongoing service

Answers for your team, ongoing research, current knowledge and suggestions, with maintenance and support.

Skills

A separate quote for each added skill, including any ongoing fee. New work or connections are agreed before extra fees apply.

External costs

Relevant software licences and usage costs are explained in your proposal.

Make the business case first

Start with work that would make a difference.

A skill should earn its place. Before building it, agree what improvement would matter and how you will recognise it—including the time your team still spends reviewing the work.

THE WORK TODAY

What does it cost you now?

How often does the work arise? Who handles it? What gets delayed, repeated or missed when they are busy?

THE RESULT YOU NEED

What would better look like?

Fewer incomplete requests, more consistent follow-up, clearer records or less time spent preparing a review. Choose measures that fit the role.

THE WHOLE INVESTMENT

What will it take to run?

Include setup, ongoing service and skill fees, relevant platform usage and the human review still needed—not just the AI’s apparent speed.

Start with one useful job and check the results before adding more. Sometimes a simpler tool or a change to the process will solve the problem; we help you work that out before you invest.

Skills you can recognise

Give your team more time for the work that needs them.

Choose work that comes up often and uses what your colleague is learning. These are examples of skills we can build around your business.

Useful before you add skills

When the answer changes,
your AI needs to know.

A useful AI colleague needs to understand more than the question in front of it. It needs your products, processes, priorities and the reasons behind your decisions.

“We changed that last week.” “That was only a one-off.” “Who else needs to know?” Your colleague asks those questions, captures confirmed answers and stops relying on old guidance. It can also spot when the same exception keeps coming back.

FUSED manages the sources, questions and checks behind that learning. Your approved records remain the source of truth. An added skill can help update controlled documents once the responsible person approves.

See how the learning continues
Find an answer

“Which product guide covers this?” Use approved sources with references where available.

Understand a change

“Does this replace the old rule?” Check who approved the change, why it matters and when it takes effect.

Spot a pattern

“This exception keeps coming up.” Flag the pattern and ask whether the process needs improving.

Keep people informed

Let the right people know what changed, without sharing information they shouldn’t see. Added skills can update the connected documents and systems.

As you work together

Who takes care of what?

Each skill has its own limits. Your people decide what it may do after reviewing the evidence with FUSED. Permissions can stay limited or be reduced as the work changes.

One colleague first.
