Quality & governance

You decide what it can do.

Good controls should make work safer and clearer—not turn every routine action into a committee decision. FUSED matches checks, approvals and evidence to the role and each skill.

Quality as an operating advantage

See what changed, and why.

A decision matters when it changes how the business works. Your colleague can help capture the decision, identify affected people and guidance, and flag repeated exceptions. Added skills can carry approved changes into procedures and everyday work, with a record of what happened.

Your team can review the sources, decisions and actions behind the result.

A quality workflow in practice

From reported issue to reviewed closure.

The colleague can organise the process and keep it moving. The people responsible for quality still judge causes, risks and closure.

01 / CAPTURE

Record the issue

Structure what happened, when, where and what initial evidence exists.

02 / ORGANISE

Assemble evidence

Link relevant records, documents, observations and previous events.

03 / INVESTIGATE

Support the analysis

Prepare timelines, patterns and questions while a responsible person judges cause.

04 / ACT

Coordinate actions

Maintain owners, dates, dependencies, reminders and supporting evidence.

05 / REVIEW

Confirm and improve

Present closure evidence, recurring patterns and proposed system improvements.

Clear decision boundaries

It keeps the actions moving.
Your team signs off the result.

Routine coordination can move without delay. Risk, root cause, approval and policy decisions stay with the people responsible for them.

System can handle

  • Issue intake and structure
  • Evidence organisation
  • Current action status
  • Reminders and review preparation

Human must judge

  • The significance and risk of an issue
  • Root cause
  • Whether the fix addresses the cause
  • Acceptance and closure

Leadership controls

  • Policy and objectives
  • Resources and priorities
  • Accountabilities
  • Changes to the management system

ISO 9001

Keep what it knows
connected to what you do.

ISO 9001 principles guide how FUSED manages knowledge: understand the business, assign responsibility, control changes and learn from experience. Your colleague helps keep guidance current and highlights where practice and procedure are drifting apart. These disciplines are useful whether or not your business is certified.

Knowledge

Which information is approved, current and available to people and AI-enabled colleagues?

Meaning

Is this a confirmed instruction, a suggestion or an exception? Who can clarify?

Change

Which guidance has changed, who confirmed it and what work needs checking?

Improvement

What do recurring exceptions reveal, and did the agreed change improve the work?

Trust earned through actual work

Trust is earned.
One responsibility at a time.

We agree what good work looks like and test ordinary requests, missing information and awkward cases. The checks reflect the consequences of getting that particular job wrong.

BEFORE MORE RESPONSIBILITY

Check the work.

Check accuracy, source use, corrections and handovers across representative work. A convincing answer or time spent in training is not enough on its own.

WHEN YOU AGREE

Agree what it may do.

Record the actions, sources, limits and decisions that still need a person. New skills and broader responsibilities require their own checks and approval.

AS THE WORK CONTINUES

Keep checking as things change.

Monitor results. If quality drops or something changes, pause affected actions or return them to review. Check the fix before agreeing to resume.

Learning more does not grant permission to do more. Updates to business knowledge do not change a skill’s authority. A skill can remain useful with a person reviewing every output; the review arrangements are agreed for your service.

Practical controls

Clear rules for everyday work.

Checks and approvals match the work, so routine actions can move while important decisions remain visible.

01 / DEFINE

Agree the role and rules

Clarify what the colleague is responsible for, what it may do, which information it may trust and who makes each decision.

  • Purpose and expected results
  • Approved information
  • Permissions
  • Decision owners
02 / WATCH

Keep useful records

Retain enough information to find problems and explain important outcomes.

  • Activity records
  • Unusual situations
  • Failed handovers
  • Review measures
03 / IMPROVE

Fix and strengthen

Find what is causing recurring problems. Agree changes to the skill, then check that the fix worked.

  • Cause analysis
  • Corrective actions
  • Change approval
  • Check that the fix worked
