About this website

This is a static website operated by FUSED ID Pty Ltd. It does not contain an enquiry form, advertising tracker or analytics script, and it does not set marketing cookies. Links that start an email hand the message to your own email application.

The company that hosts the website may keep ordinary technical request logs, which can include an IP address, browser or device information, the requested page and time. Those logs are controlled by the relevant hosting arrangements and may be used for security, reliability and troubleshooting.

The optional role brief

Text entered in the role worksheet is not submitted or saved by this website. The copy button writes the draft to your device clipboard only when you choose it; if copying is unavailable, it displays text you can copy yourself. Printing or saving a PDF uses your browser. Share the resulting draft only when you are ready.

When you contact FUSED

If you email us, we receive the information you choose to provide, along with ordinary email metadata. We use it to respond, understand the possible engagement, prepare or administer an agreed service and meet legitimate business, security and legal needs.

Please do not send sensitive, confidential or production information in a first enquiry. We can agree an appropriate channel and handling arrangements if detailed material is needed.

Service data is agreed for the role

A cloud colleague may need access to business information, accounts or systems. The relevant sources, permissions, technology providers, data locations, retention, monitoring, incident paths and responsibilities are identified during design and documented for the engagement. Access should be limited to what the agreed role and skills need.

The intended system of record and the return path for completed work are also agreed. Business systems remain authoritative where the design depends on them; any processing or storage elsewhere is made explicit for the engagement.

Your business knowledge remains specific to your business. FUSED may reuse its general methods, patterns and know-how, but does not treat one organisation's confidential knowledge as source material for another.

Sharing, storage and protection

Information may be handled by service providers used for email, hosting, business administration or the agreed technical service. The providers and regions relevant to an operational engagement are confirmed as part of that scope. We do not sell personal information.

FUSED uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information and service. No internet or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, so the design also includes practical limits, monitoring and escalation where relevant.

Retention and your questions

Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose, an agreed engagement, security, record-keeping or applicable obligations. Retention for operational service data is agreed for the engagement.
